As you know, my wife and I are celebrating our 20 th wedding anniversary and leaving behind our three children while we travelled abroad gave us a great deal of angst prior to our trip. However, as we look back, our trip was worry-free, thanks to all your hard work. You planned it exactly as we dreamed it! Our accommodations were beautiful in Rome, Tuscany, and Florence, each one uniquely wonderful. The private tour of the Vatican that you set up was tremendous. The transfers were always on-time and the car rental during our time in Tuscany was a great idea; driving the countryside was one of the highlights of our trip! We were spoiled by spectacular weather every day we were there. We were also fortunate that all our flights were on-time! This was the best vacation of our lives. We fell in love with Italy and cannot wait to go back. You have helped us celebrate this wonderful milestone in our marriage in a most spectacular way and we can't thank you enough. We were very pleased with every bit of the trip. The room was very nice, the rental car was fine, the flights and connections went without a hitch and the buffet promotion was especially nice. We did get the "Ka" tickets delivered over to our hotel which was another added convenience. All in all we were very pleased with the entire trip. I was traveling to China with a friend and we were unsure what to do. We had both done a great deal of research, but the complexity of the trip and hotel ratings concerned us as we didn't want to stay at lousy hotels.
