Accommodations on a Norwegian Cruise

A Norwegian Cruise will have accommodations that are, well, accommodating. Enjoy the largest choice of suites and staterooms, many of which interact so you can fit a family of 12, or just you and that special someone - all in comfort and style. They also offer villas and Deluxe Owners Suites that have their own private deck and pool, spacious rooms and bathrooms, sundecks, an exercise area and even a butler! These deluxe villas allow you to order from any restaurant and enjoy your meal served to you in your private quarters! The staterooms are stocked the way you like it - anything you need, you'll get! Enjoy the mini-bar, room service, and upgraded linens, pillows mattresses and memory foam mattress toppers. You'll know when you go to sleep - you're getting the most comfortable bed you've ever slept on! The bathrooms are fully stocked, and the showers and toilets are in individual rooms for your comfort! The Freestyle disembarkation concept that Norwegian Cruise Line employs even allows you to sleep in and enjoy a slow morning before you have to leave! If you'd rather leave earlier, there's also Express disembarkation.

 

Norwegian Cruise: Dining

Dining can be Freestyle, too! No matter what your mood, your tastes or your dress code, you'll be able to enjoy your favorite foods - whenever you want to! Each ship has up to 13 dining rooms and restaurants, so you have options, other options, and more options! The dress code is not too strict - think "vacation!" During the day, dress how you like - as long as you're covered up, even if you've been at the pool you can dine where you like! By night, it's relaxed - think, "resort casual." A nice collared shirt and jeans works well for the guys, and for the ladies jeans, slacks, skirts and tops are great for women! Keep in mind, however - if you want to dress up and add a little pomp to your meal, you're welcome to! Norwegian Cruise Line has a huge variety of actual restaurants with great food - not just dining options that offer a small selection. Think French Bistro, steakhouse, Italian, and more! The ships also have buffets with salad bars, "action stations" and other great choices. The action stations allow you to get made-to-order specialty foods, and you can have whatever choices you love - whenever you'd like! Lobster dishes are offered every night, and one night of your cruise you'll get a lobster feast!

 

Norwegian Cruise: Entertainment

Freestyle cruising is all about freestyle fun. And fun has many forms on Norwegian Cruise ships! Think about it - would you ever think that you'd be able to play Nintendo Wii on a cruise ship - much less on a 2-story screen? The ships have casinos, cigar bars, piano bars, nightclubs, nightly music and performances, on-deck activities like a 10-meter rock climbing wall, a basketball court, a bowling alley that lights up at night - and more! Relax poolside, or enjoy a day at the spa. Once you reach your port of destination, don't forget - there are so many shore excursions you won't know what to do first! The ships even offer kids programs, including babysitting services with extended hours so parents can stay out later and enjoy themselves a little longer! The youth programs are themed, and feature activities that are appropriate for kids of all ages. Storytelling, arts and crafts and treasure hunts for the tots, pajama parties, teen parties and movies, video arcades, scavenger hunts, computer games and Wii are all offered so that your kids will enjoy themselves, no matter what their age!
